Meet Our Staff

Cole is a born and raised resident of Great Falls, and has been the Business/Finance and Insurance Manager at Taylor’s Auto Max for 4 years. He takes care of paperwork on deals, loans, and protects investments. What he enjoys most about Taylor’s is the organization itself, and always meeting new people. Cole likes to spend his free time enjoying the beautiful Montana outdoors, hunting, fishing, skiing, and surfing. He also loves to spend time with his family and friends, while playing a game of cornhole. He recently married his wife in October, 2020, and together they have a baby boy. Cole has 3 older brothers, and his family also includes two dogs and one cat. In college, Cole played baseball for all 4 years of his career, and as a sports fan, he roots for the Boston Red Sox, Green Bay Packers, L.A. Lakers, and Tiger Woods. His favorite T.V. shows include Breaking Bad, Prison Break, Yellowstone, and anything in the Marvel Universe. Cole’s favorite color is green, and he drives his dream vehicle, a Denali Duramax, every day. His favorite meal is a ribeye with a baked potato, and if he could have any superpower, he'd choose the ability to move matter with his mind.

Hunter joined the Taylor’s Auto Max Sales team in March, 2021. He was born in Billings, Montana and moved to Great Falls when he was 9 years old and he’s been a resident of the Electric City ever since. The central location of Great Falls is what Hunter loves most about living in the area. Before becoming a car salesman at Taylor’s, Hunter worked as a bartender for 10 years and served in the Army National Guard for 10 years. While in the army, he served a tour in Iraq. His favorite part of his job at Taylor’s Auto Max is getting the opportunity to meet new people every day. When Hunter’s not selling cars at Taylor’s, he enjoys spending his time with his three kids, ages 3, 5 and 7. You can also find him at the local gym, or hunting, fishing and camping all over the Treasure State. At home, he unwinds by playing video games. Hunter’s favorite movie is Out Cold and his favorite T.V. show is Brooklyn-99. He’s a Chicago sports fan, rooting on the Blackhawks hockey team, Bears football team, and Cubs baseball team. Hunter’s favorite thing to eat is Lasagna and fruity gummy snacks. His favorite color is green and if he could have any kind of vehicle, he’d want a Ford F-150 Crew Cab 67 Power Stoke, Tremor Edition. If he could have a superpower, he’d choose the ability to read minds.

Ron, also known by the name “Coop”, has been a part of the Taylor’s Auto Max family as a salesman for approximately 10 years! Ron joined the Taylor’s Auto Max family in 2012, and has enjoyed finding his customers the perfect vehicle ever since by putting his whole heart into every sale. He was born in Hollygrove, Arkansas as the youngest of 10 siblings. He graduated from school in 1984 and met his wife in 2002, where he made the decision to move across the country to Great Falls, Montana. When describing his past, Ron says that moving to the Treasure State saved his life and turned his story into the “American Dream.” Together with his wife, he has 4 children, 7 grandchildren and an American Bulldog named King. What Ron loves the most about calling Great Falls home is the peaceful, small-town atmosphere, and all of his nice Montana neighbors. Ron considers himself a “home-body,” and enjoys spending his free time with his family, doing yard work, and taking time to relax while watching some television. His favorite teams to watch are the San Francisco 49er’s football team, the New Jersey Nets basketball team, and the Nebraska Cornhuskers football team. His favorite color is Blue and his dream vehicle would be a BMW G450X. If he could have any superpower, he’d choose the ability to open people’s hearts and to see others as they truly are.

Jay has been one of Taylor’s top automotive salesmen for almost 7 years. He joined the team in December 2014, after serving in the U.S. Air Force Band for 21 years and owning his own music business for 7 years. As a leader in sales, Jay seriously loves his job at Taylor’s Auto Max and working with people of all ages and backgrounds. He enjoys tackling new challenges every day and to Jay, there’s no better feeling than finding the perfect vehicle to meet the wants and needs of each customer he meets. Jay moved to Great Falls from his hometown of Edmonds, Washington after his retirement from the Airforce in 2000. What he loves most about living in the Treasure State are all the friendly people, the privacy and small-town feel of Great Falls, and traveling the beautiful outdoors in his motor home. When Jay isn’t finding someone a great, new ride, he enjoys spending his time camping and boating, doing yard work, and just relaxing at home while watching Sci-Fi or war films. Jay has five fully-grown children and recently remarried in April, 2021. He and his wife own three dogs and one cat. Italian food is Jay’s favorite thing to eat and Air Force Blue is his favorite color.

David, known by many as “Tate,” has been a Taylor’s Auto Max salesman for over 5 years, and has been in sales since 2003. His pride and passion for excellent customer service propelled him to finding a successful career in the sales industry. He enjoys getting to meet new people every day in his position, and he especially enjoys the challenges each day brings. His father is from Butte, MT and was a long-time member of the U.S. Air Force. As such, David grew up all over the country. He was born in Victorville, California, and has also resided in Washington and Wyoming, before calling Montana his home for over 18 years. David appreciates the rural, slow-paced lifestyle the Treasure State brings, and he enjoys the comfort of his home in his off time. With a brother and nephew in Helena, David also enjoys spending his time with his family or hanging out with friends. He’s a big fan of sports, and you can often find him watching a game, especially for the San Francisco 49er’s football team and Giants baseball team, the Seattle Super Sonics basketball team, Florida State University football and baseball, and the University of North Carolina basketball. David also enjoys getting active himself, and playing golf, basketball and softball. David and his fiancé have three dogs and are planning their wedding for summer 2022. His favorite color is red, and his dream car would be a 1964 two-door Canary Yellow Impala with white leather interior.

Daphne has been in car sales for approximately 5 years, and joined the Taylor’s Auto Max family in July, 2019. What she enjoys most about what she does for a living is finding a good quality vehicle for a happy customer, and the family-oriented work life at Taylor’s. She is a born and raised “ranch girl” who moved to Great Falls with her family when she was just 9 years old and she never left. With her father working as a local veterinarian, Daphne developed a love for animals and became very familiar with the sport of rodeo. What she loves most about calling Great Falls home is the country lifestyle, beautiful outdoors, rodeos, and that it’s a great place to raise a family. She has been happily married to her husband for over 22 years, and together they have 2 daughters, along with a property full of animals, including 5 dogs, 6 cats, 4 horses and her newest addition, some baby goats! In the future, she hopes to continue adding to her fur family, by raising designer cattle and horses. In her free time, Daphne enjoys spending time with her girls or her baby goats, listening to music, and playing on the water in the warm weather. Her favorite sports to watch are Bronco’s football and, of course, local rodeos. Daphne’s favorite color is Turquoise Blue and her dream vehicle would be a brand-new Duramax.

Josh is a born and raised Montanan with over 25 years in the Automotive business. He was raised watching cars and his passion grew from there. Josh has lived in Great Falls for a total of 15 years, and he loves to call it home because of the open, laid-back atmosphere, the beautiful scenery, and his local neighbors. He is the father of two children, a boy and girl, ages 10 and 12, and he has 2 dogs he rescued from the shelter. Josh joined the Taylor’s Auto Max team in March, 2021 and has quickly raised through the ranks to become the Assistant Service Manager! His responsibilities in the Service Department include addressing vehicle concerns, gathering customer and vehicle information, and communicating information between parts, service, and the vehicle owners. Josh says the best thing about his position is getting to help people every day, with a great team to back him up in every part of the Taylor’s Auto Max building. In his free time, Josh enjoys watching sports, and playing in his city league softball team. He also enjoys spending time with his kids and visiting his family’s cabin. His favorite sports teams include the Montana Grizzlies football team, the Denver Broncos professional football team, the Colorado Avalanche professional hockey team, the Atlanta Braves professional baseball team, and the Indiana Pacers professional basketball team.
